- Represented a multinational dairy products company before the Advertising Self-Regulation Council (SEE), in the framework of a dispute regarding an advertising claim of one of the client’s main products;

- He regularly advises major advertisers on advertising clearance issues, having reviewed several commercials (of alcoholic drinks, credit cards, online gambling sites etc) and terms of promotional contests, including chance based promotions;

- He successfully represented a world famous Polish football player in a dispute regarding the latter’s right of publicity;

- Advised a manufacturer of prestigious leather bags and accessories with presence in 45 countries with respect to its compliance with Greek and EU labelling regulations;

- Advised a major Greek company which is the copyright holder of foreign tv series on anti-piracy issues, drafting penal complaints for copyright infringements via the internet;

- Assisted a foreign client (one of the largest tour operators in the world) to comply with its GDPR obligations following a significant cyberattack incident which resulted in the encryption of servers and the exfiltration of numerous files containing personal data of its Greek employees and customers;

- Advised a major foreign Clinical Research Organization which administrates clinical trials in Greece on issues relating to patients’ personal data;

- Along with Kriton Metaxopoulos he overviewed the litigation strategy of a global TV Network in relation to a million euro dispute against one of the largest TV / Radio Channels in Greece.

In view of the participation of the Firm to the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance (GALA), he is the key contact person with GALA and has participated in many advertising law conferences, in Greece and abroad. He is a frequent author and a regular contributor to the GALA printed and online publications.
