Partner

Roberto joined the Firm in 1990, as a Partner and he established the Finance and Real Estate area. Previously, he worked both as Auditor and Tax Auditor with a major international consulting and auditing company and in an Italian law firm.

Roberto specialises in tax and corporate issues relating to leading national and international companies (also listed), banks and static and dynamic trust companies (authorised by CONSOB). Furthermore, since 1986 he has been dealing with tax profiles with particular reference to primary clients operating in the financial sector (SGR, SIM and Banks) and in the Real Estate sector with focus on real estate funds, real estate transactions and real estate securitisations.

In particular, his professional activity has focused on projects aimed at setting up entities operating in the finance/Real Estate industry, as well as the study and implementation of real estate valorisation projects through the most innovative tools and procedures aligned with the regulations in force from time to time. The international legal guide Leaders League recognised him as an Excellent Professional in Real Estate.
