CBA Studio Legale e Tributario is traditionally active on behalf of banking and finance clients. The team’s expertise ranges from corporate tax to VAT, income tax and indirect taxation. Founding partner Angelo Rocco Bonissoni leads the group, which includes Michele Citarella, an adviser on financial services taxation; and Stefano Petrecca, who assists with domestic and international corporate taxation, and tax litigation. Francesco Assegnati and Leonardo Reggio are also experienced practitioners.

Leonardo started working within CBA in 2007, at the Milan office, and has gained significant experience in tax consultancy and assistance at national and international level in favour of leading companies and industrial groups, commercial, banking and financial groups, also in relation to cross-border transactions. He provides tax, civil and financial consultancy and planning in the context of M&A transactions and corporate restructuring, as well as tax and civil law consulting in the areas of asset protection, wealth management for HNWIs and asset transfers of family businesses. He also assists in tax litigation and holds the position of auditor in important national financial companies. Leonardo becomes a Partner in 2022.
