Partner

Francesco joined the Firm in 1997, becoming a Partner in 2009. In the meantime, he gained professional experience in the London office of a leading English law firm.

Francesco specializes in tax, corporate and regulatory assistance in the financial sector (SGR-SIM-Banks- real estate securitisation vehicles - real estate crowdfunding) as well as in in the Real Estate and Energy sector, with a focus on renewables.

Francesco is recognised by leading legal guides such as Legal 500 (Recommended Professional in Tax and Key Professional in Energy), Legalcommunity (Elite Professional in Energy and Infrastructure Report) and Leaders League (Excellent Professional in Real Estate).

Among the most important recognitions, he received from Legalcommunity the Professional of the year Innovative fund formation award in 2024, Professional of the year Tax in 2023 and Best Practice Tax in 2021; while ItaliaOggi, during the Tax Advisory Awards, recognised him the first prize in Tax of Real Estate Assets and Transaction, in 2022
