Partner

Michele joined the Firm in 1993 and then served as Head of the Tax Department and Country Head at another international firm. He has currently been a Partner at CBA since 2017.

Michele mainly deals with the tax aspects of lending, structured finance and debt/equity capital market transactions and has assisted numerous companies and funds in tax litigation on these same matters. He has also gained considerable experience in M&A and private equity transactions, both sell-side and buy-side. Michele has been recognised by the international legal guide Legal 500 as a Leading Individual since 2020.

He has previously been recognised nationally as Financial Tax Professional of the Year at the Legal Community Finance and Tax Awards.
