Practice Areas
Banking and Finance: Our Banking and Finance practice has wide ranging expertise in both domestic and international work, acting for commercial banks, international development banks, investment banks, funds, multilateral banks and other financial institutions. We also provide comprehensive advice on regulatory financing including the establishment of new financial services businesses.

Corporate and M&A: VANDENBULKE provides legal assistance at all stages of a corporation’s life cycle, from formation to liquidation. We primarily advise foreign groups seeking to establish in Luxembourg, or use Luxembourg as a corporate investment and finance platform.

We enjoy an excellent reputation in corporate law, and our firm provides advice in a large range of sophisticated company law matters, including shareholder arrangements, corporate restructuring, recapitalization processes.  We also assist foreign groups, whether privately or publicly held, in respect of corporate governance, corporate delegation, directorial duties and liability.

Investment Funds:  We advise our international clients on the structuring of any type of Luxembourg investment vehicle. We have substantial experience both in the retail sector (UCITS and part II funds) and investment funds mainly aimed at institutional investors (RAIF, partnerships, SIF, SICAR). Our expertise covers liquid assets and private assets such as private equity, venture capital, debt or real estate.

In addition, the investment funds team provides regulatory advice on ongoing aspects of investment funds, AIFMs, management companies and financial services providers, and is regularly involved in legal due diligences for investors into Luxembourg fund products.
