Nicolas Mille is a partner in the Firm’s banking and finance practice. He specializes in real estate finance, leveraged finance and fund finance. His experience also includes cross-border acquisition finance, asset-based lending, corporate-led funding and security arrangements, restructuring and refinancing. He frequently works on transactions involving cross-border and other complex, innovative elements. Nicolas regularly advises senior and mezzanine lenders, financial institutions or borrowers involved in such transactions.

Selim Souissi is a partner in the Firm’s corporate and M&A practice. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, financing and refinancing, company takeovers and the structuring and implementation of management packages. He also has experience in private equity and on patrimonial issues.

Denis Van den Bulke is the current managing partner of the Firm. Denis specializes in corporate finance, venture capital and private equity, group restructuring (along with cross-borders mergers and acquisitions and international tax), international and European banking and financial law (including investment funds and international equity compensation plans).
