Nicolas Mille is a partner in the Firm’s banking and finance practice. He specializes in real estate finance, leveraged finance and fund finance. His experience also includes cross-border acquisition finance, asset-based lending, corporate-led funding and security arrangements, restructuring and refinancing. He frequently works on transactions involving cross-border and other complex, innovative elements. Nicolas regularly advises senior and mezzanine lenders, financial institutions or borrowers involved in such transactions.

Before joining VANDENBULKE, Nicolas worked for more than 16 years in various local, international and magic circle law firms based in Luxembourg. He also had the position of head of legal of a local trust company.

Nicolas is a member of several professional associations such as the Real Estate Association of Luxembourg (LuxReal) and the BCC Legal Group.
