Selim Souissi is a partner in the Firm’s corporate and M&A practice. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, financing and refinancing, company takeovers and the structuring and implementation of management packages. He also has experience in private equity and on patrimonial issues.

Before joining VANDENBULKE, Selim worked for 14 years in a Luxembourg-based magic circle law firm as partner of the corporate and M&A department. He also worked for an independent Luxembourg law firm and one of France’s leading business law firms.
