Benan advises on the legal and practical aspects of distributorship and agency issues, employment law matters, commercial agreements, project-based disputes and tax considerations, among others.

Burcu’s work includes all aspects of business law, specializing particularly in mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, corporate law and corporate re-structuring, securities law, venture capital, angel investments and emerging growth. She works closely with clients on regulatory and compliance matters including anti-corruption and international economic sanctions, as well as data protection. Burcu regularly advises major Turkish conglomerates and international companies in corporate transactions and corporate counselling matters, M&A, as well as complex and high value financing issues. Her work covers a wide range of industries including, telecommunications and information technologies, energy, retail, life sciences, manufacturing, real estate and construction.

Seyfi advises closed and public corporations, funds, financial services companies, and banks in a variety of important and innovative transactions, plus other complex matters. His advice to clients includes strategic mergers, securities markets, growth finance, commercial and competition regulatory compliance, project finance, and tailored contracts for the pharmaceutical sector. He regularly works on both sides of industrial strategic cross-border joint ventures and acquisitions. Seyfi has experience establishing the local distribution system for global manufacturers, as well as providing commercial and corporate guidance to the founders and financers of start-up and scale-up companies in a range of industries.

Ezgi advises clients on a full range of intellectual property issues and transactions. She supports clients to establish, protect and enforce intellectual property rights both in Turkey and overseas. Ezgi’s work primarily focuses on trademark prosecution, strategy and enforcement, encompassing all aspects of trademark and unfair competition. She advises many local and foreign clients, including major multi-national organizations. Ezgi also advises clients on patent, industrial design, utility model, domain name, company/business names, and manufacturer liability disputes. She often builds customized anti-counterfeiting programs for brand owners, including raids, seizures and settlement negotiations with counterfeiters.

Işık leads Moroglu Arseven's intellectual property team. She has wide experience in every aspect of IP advice, including counselling, enforcement and litigation matters. She advises and represents local, foreign and multinational clients about trademarks, industrial designs, patents, copyrights, domain names, and seizures of counterfeit goods, among others. Işık’s work spans a range of industry sectors, including fashion, retail, hospitality chains, alcohol and cosmetic companies, as well as software. She manages the IP portfolios of several major multinational companies in Turkey, often on a long term basis. These extended relationships mean Işık’s strategic portfolio management produces measureable results over time. Her work ethic, close communication with clients, and experience with innovative cases distinguish Işık from other IP professionals.

Nejla primarily concentrates on lawsuits, contracts, debt collection and other dispute resolution matters. She has particularly experience with commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, liquidations, real estate, leasing and consumer law.
