Dispute resolution: Stek represents its clients in administrative and civil courts, in arbitration and in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Its lawyers have considerable experience in devising effective means of dispute resolution and avoidance of litigation.
Finance: Stek represents financial institutions and corporate clients regarding all aspects of domestic and international financial transactions, from syndicated lending to acquisition finance and trade finance transactions, and from structuring investments to providing advice on restructuring and insolvency law transactions and regulatory and compliance issues.
Regulatory: Stek has an excellent track record in all strategic energy regulatory issues in and out of court. The team represents its clients (including grid managers, energy producers, energy suppliers and industry associations) in oil and gas, electricity and heat, and in the development of relatively new activities around CCS(U) (carbon capture and storage (and usage), geothermal energy, sustainable heat, green hydrogen and sustainable and circular energy projects in all strategic energy regulatory issues in and out of court.
