Media and entertainment: Philip Lee’s film and television practice is recognised as the largest and most active in the Irish market. The firm has been engaged in connection with almost every feature film, major television drama and animation series produced in Ireland in recent years.
Procurement: Philip Lee has been to the forefront of public procurement for over two decades and has advised public bodies in over 500 public procurement processes. There has never been a successful challenge, or even a legal challenge to a process where we have been retained at an early stage to advise. Equally, we have advised hundreds of private sector companies seeking to tender or who have been unsuccessful in tenders. We have represented clients before domestic courts, the European Commission and before the European Court of Justice.
Real estate: The Philip Lee real estate group represents a diverse range of clients, including investors, private developers, public sector bodies, regulatory bodies and financial institutions. The firm advises on all aspects of commercial property and landlord and tenant law.
Tax:Â The tax group provides specialist advice to Irish and international clients on the establishment of headquarters in Ireland, tax aspects of M&A transactions, corporate finance and re-structuring,inward investment, property transactions and revenue related issues.
