For years INTEGRITES has maintained a healthy gender balance in the team.  In 2022-2024, the ratio between male and female lawyers in our team has remained close to 50% to 50%.

Olena Perepelynska, Partner and Head of International Arbitration, demonstrates a genuine commitment to promote gender diversity in the firm and legal profession in general.

Olena's activities in the field in particular include:

• active membership in the Global Steering Committee of the Equal Representation in Arbitration (ERA) Pledge since 2019
• active membership in ArbitralWomen since 2019
• Her comments on gender equality issues in ADR in Ukraine published in Resolver Magazine, CIArb in March 2023. The piece “Is your branch embracing equity?” included opinion pieces of a number of female ADR practitioners on gender- and diversity-related aspects in their home jurisdictions.
• speaking at International Women's Day 2023: Embrace Equity event hosted on March 8, 2023, by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators where Olena has been a Fellow (FCIArb) and member of the CIArb Approved Faculty List (since 2019)
• Sharing her experience on Arbitrating During Wartime: From Managing Basic Logistics to Addressing Bias at the Mute OFF Thursdays, networking and knowledge-exchange platform for women in arbitration, held in 2023
