Oleksandr Onishchenko has more than 20 years of experience in litigation. He specializes in civil, commercial and administrative law, particularly experienced in debt recovery and bankruptcy cases.

Oleksandr Onishchenko takes an active part in policy making. He contributed to drafting regulations shaping the public policy of Ukraine in transport infrastructure, including the draft law on airports in parts on the land use, infrastructure development, lease, as well as a number of state regulations on fees and charges in aviation.
