INTEGRITES secures the lowest dumping margin for the Chinese steel producer

International Trade practice at INTEGRITES successfully represented interests of Foshan Vinmay Stainless Steel Co. Ltd* (China) in the antidumping investigation initiated by the leading Russian stainless pipes producers. The investigation related to the imports of welded stainless pipes manufactured in China to the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union.

Having based the protection strategy on the detailed economic analysis, INTEGRITES advised the client at all stages of the investigation. Due to its results published on Feb 12, 2021, the firm succeeded to secure the lowest level of the dumping margin for the client among other companies involved in the investigation and for China as a whole.

Supervised by the International Trade practice lead Sergiy Lakhno, the core group working on the project included Counsel on trade investigations Yevgen Ivanets and Paralegal Ivan Yefimenko.
