Ashlee Campbell

Ashlee is Head of Immigration and Partner with many years’ experience in all aspects of Immigration law. Her experience includes Corporate Immigration acting for employers and education providers. She also has widespread experience in dealing with appeals before the First Tier and Upper Tier Immigration Tribunals, Judicial Reviews, Court of Appeal applications and European Court of Human Rights applications. Ashlee often deals with complex immigration matters for clients which include advice on the Points Based system, family applications, spouse/unmarried partner/civil partner visa applications, dependent relative visa applications, British citizenship, Asylum and Human Rights applications. When representing asylum clients she practices mainly with unaccompanied asylum seeking children, domestic abuse cases/ trafficking cases and accepts referrals from various Local Authorities.

Ashton is Head of the Corporate and Commercial Department and Partner at Fisher Jones Greenwood LLP. Ashton is particularly interested in corporate, commercial, company and partnership work, including specialising in corporate transactions involving both share and assets sales/purchases, mergers, acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, corporate reorganisations and restructures. Ashton also has a passion for working with charities and undertakes a considerable amount of charity work as well as providing independent legal advice in relation to business finance arrangements, mortgages and guarantees.

Charlotte Knappett

Charlotte Knappett is Head of Family and Partner specialising in many areas including divorce, finances arising from divorce, private law children matters, child abduction, special guardianship, domestic abuse and fertility law. Charlotte has also conducted International Child Abduction cases, representing clients in the Royal Courts of Justice.

Keeley is Head of Commercial Property and Partner and has a broad range of expertise including but not limited to: sale and purchase of a business, corporate and private finance advice, acquisition of commercial premises for own use, investment, or development, legal site set up, overage provisions for development land, complex or high-value residential purchases, sale of freehold reversions to ground rent investor, advising landlords and tenants and contracts for commercial property or leases.

Leon is Assistant Head in the Commercial Property Department and Partner. Leon focuses particularly on: investment, development, and secured lending work, frequently accepts instructions in connection with portfolio acquisitions, disposals, and re-financing and advises on residential landlord and tenant matters as a result of his experience of development work.

Rachel Earnshaw

Rachel is a Partner, Solicitor and Law Society Accredited Representative in childcare proceedings. She has 18 years’ experience of representing parents and children in public law proceedings against a local authority and has been accredited since 2008. She has also practiced in matrimonial law, cohabitation, and private law children.

Rhian is Head of our Civil Litigation Team and Partner specialising in all aspects of medical negligence and personal injury including accidents at work, road traffic accidents, public liability claims, fatal accidents, misdiagnosis, delayed treatment cases and chronic pain cases.

Tony Fisher is the Executive Chair of the firm. He has over 40 years’ experience in private legal practice. He has an MBA in Legal Practice and is a member of various trade and business organisations. Tony is also a CEDR accredited mediator.
