Christian advises on all aspects of labour and employment law, including industrial relations, HR ‎aspects of business transfers and company restructures, sports law, ESG (with a ‎particular focus on the requirements under international labour law) and equal treatment. ‎Christian is an experienced litigator, regularly representing employers in the Danish courts, including the Supreme Court and the Labour Court. He is the main adviser of a wide ‎range of major companies/employer’s organisations on collective bargaining issues and ‎their strategic partner to handle complicated negotiations.
