Christina has been involved in large scale international banking and corporate transactions. In particular, she has advised major international financing institutions in financing and refinancing transactions through the carrying out of due diligence reviews of Cyprus companies, as well as the provision of advice on the perfection and enforcement of security documents. Other than corporate and banking, Christina focuses on privacy and data protection and has been involved in numerous compliance projects. She is also actively involved various types of real estate transactions.

Evelyn Ioannou is an associate at Michael Damianos & Co LLC. Her practice focuses on corporate, commercial, banking and finance. Since qualification Evelyn has been involved in financing and corporate transactions, carrying out legal and corporate due diligence for private and public companies and providing legal advice in relation to corporate governance matters, registration and release of security. She also advises on cross-border mergers and re-domiciliation of companies in and out of Cyprus. Apart from corporate and banking Evelyn has also been involved in drafting and reviewing of commercial agreements and she provides advice in relation to intellectual property and regulatory matters.

Μaria Anastasiadou is a senior associate at Michael Damianos & Co LLC. Her practice focuses on corporate, commercial, banking and finance. For more than 15 years, Maria has been involved in various corporate and financing transactions, carrying out of legal and corporate due diligence for private and public companies, providing legal advice in relation to corporate governance matters and various other matters pertaining to the Cyprus Companies Law. She also advises on cross-border mergers and re-domiciliation of companies in and out of Cyprus, share capital reductions and liquidations.
