Μaria Anastasiadou is a senior associate at Michael Damianos & Co LLC. Her practice focuses on corporate, commercial, banking and finance.

For more than 15 years, Maria has been involved in various corporate and financing transactions, carrying out of legal and corporate due diligence for private and public companies, providing legal advice in relation to corporate governance matters and various other matters pertaining to the Cyprus Companies Law. She also advises on cross-border mergers and re-domiciliation of companies in and out of Cyprus, share capital reductions and liquidations.

She is a Cypriot qualified lawyer since 2002 and she joined the firm in 2021.

She speaks Greek and English.

She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and the Nicosia Bar Association.

Maria is a law graduate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has obtained an LL.M. in European Law from Edinburgh University.
