Christina Charalambidou is an associate at Michael Damianos & Co LLC.  Her practice focuses on corporate and M&A, banking and finance and commercial matters.

Since qualifying, Christina has handled high-level cross-border corporate and M&A transactions on both the buyer and the seller sides.  Christina has also worked on international banking and finance deals, representing major European banking institutions.  Apart from corporate and banking, Christina is also advising clients on commercial projects as well as financial services related matters.

She is a Cypriot qualified lawyer and has joined the firm in 2019.

She speaks Greek and English.

She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and the Nicosia Bar Association.

She has graduated with a first-class honours law degree from the University of West of England and has then completed the Legal Practice Course with an LL.M in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law.
