Evelyn Ioannou is an associate at Michael Damianos & Co LLC. Her practice focuses on corporate, commercial, banking and finance.

Since qualification Evelyn has been involved in financing and corporate transactions, carrying out legal and corporate due diligence for private and public companies and providing legal advice in relation to corporate governance matters, registration and release of security.  She also advises on cross-border mergers and re-domiciliation of companies in and out of Cyprus.

Apart from corporate and banking Evelyn has also been involved in drafting and reviewing of commercial agreements and she provides advice in relation to intellectual property and regulatory matters.

She is a Cypriot qualified lawyer since 2015 and she joined the firm in 2021.

She speaks Greek, English and basic Mandarin.

She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and the Nicosia Bar Association.

Evelyn is a law graduate of the University of Southampton and has obtained an LL.M. in Commercial Law from the University of Bristol.
