He is a member of the Managing Board of the Firm and resident Partner of Zunarelli’s Trieste office, managing the Firm’s activity in the North East of Italy. He is the head of the Litigation Department of the Firm. He is qualified to represent Clients before the Italian Supreme Court. His main areas of practice are maritime and transport law, commercial law, civil law, litigation and arbitration. He has vast experience in litigation and arbitration with regard to terminal operator liability, multimodal, sea and land transport, international freight forwarding, recreational boating and building contracts. He advises companies in commercial, corporate and M&A matters. He also advises in the fields of direct foreign investment and of international trade with China.

He has been a partner of Zunarelli – Studio Legale Associato since 1995 and has been national Managing Partner of the Firm since 2013.He has extensive experience in maritime and transport law, international trade law, corporate, administrative and customs law. He advises port authorities, port enterprises, terminal operators, airport management companies and airports. He also advises and represents major insurance companies (in all complex insurance areas), ship-owners, carriers, port operators, freight-forwarders and logistics companies, as well as public institutions and public controlled companies.He is qualified to represent Clients before the Italian Supreme Court.

Founding Partner of Zunarelli - Studio Legale Associato. He advises major companies and institutions in the maritime, air, road, port and airport sectors, as well as in the public services, insurance and international trade sectors in Court and arbitration proceedings, and in domestic and international commercial negotiations. He has been a Consultant of many Port Authorities on issues concerning concessions of terminal and port activities; of several Airport Authorities on issues concerning state aid and competition regulation in airport activities; of the Italian Government as advisor to the Italian Ministry of Infrastructures and Transport on issues concerning public procurement for the building and operation of infrastructures and the concession of transport services, and of a number of Regional and Local Governments in Italy for the regulation of transport activities.
