Represents clients before courts, state and municipal authorities, negotiates contracts; provides legal advice on lease, international trade, operations with shares, promissory notes, investment certificates, mortgage-backed securities; provides advice on resolution of tax disputes. Advised on launching of IT companies in Ukraine; an asset management company on USD 180 m issuance of investment certificates, on its investment activity, including its investment funds Represented a client before the administrative court, court of appeal and Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine in dispute against state tax authorities (USD 2 m tax dispute).

Academic activity: 2004 – 2006: Chair of the economy legal regulation, the Faculty of Law, Kyiv National University of economics – assistant.
