Mr. Trembich coordinates court practice of the Law Firm, providing the unity of forms and methods of its procedural activity organization. He specializes in the forensic and non-judicial dispute resolution, conducting major Firm projects, including representation in courts. On the one hand, inter-branch experience of Mr. Trembich allows integrating various spheres of legal practice in the process of elaboration of the procedural strategy and the tactics of conduct of the particular case, on the other hand – visa versa, it allows applying the judicial analytics while consulting the clients on various transactions. In particular, Mr. Trembich consults the clients in spheres of corporate finances, insolvency and bankruptcy, privatization, civil law, economic law, foreign investment. Within juridical practice, Mr. Trembich also develops area of defense of the fundamental liberties and human rights activity in criminal cases.

Denys has extensive experience in international corporate transactions, criminal defense of business, litigation and business structuring, tax planning. Denys headed a team of lawyers working on the acquisition of corporate rights of a well-known Kyiv developers, construction and acquisition of real estate from the leading international investment company “DRAGON CAPITAL”, construction of the “PLATFORMA KOROLENKIVSKA” business center, construction of parts of the premises of the “DARRYNOK” shopping center, construction of a wide network of coworking spaces under the “COWORKING PLATFORMA” brand, attraction investments from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, raising funds from the European Business Association ("EBA"), return of multimillion deposits by a pool of clients in the liquidated bank PJSC "BANK MYKHAILIVSKYI", legal support of searches of clients by law enforcement agencies and return of confiscated property of clients, criminal defense of clients, legal support of clients inspections by state authorities, advising clients (business) on daily affairs.

Represents clients before courts, state and municipal authorities, negotiates contracts; provides legal advice on lease, international trade, operations with shares, promissory notes, investment certificates, mortgage-backed securities; provides advice on resolution of tax disputes. Advised on launching of IT companies in Ukraine; an asset management company on USD 180 m issuance of investment certificates, on its investment activity, including its investment funds Represented a client before the administrative court, court of appeal and Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine in dispute against state tax authorities (USD 2 m tax dispute).

Attorney, Head of the department. Significant part of Oleksandr’s practice is devoted to dispute resolution including litigation and out of court settlement. He has great experience in real estate issues and so is indispensable in settlement of conflict situations related to emerging, transfer and registration of real estate property rights. Oleksandr Koval also consults clients on legal regulation of industrial property. Another direction of Oleksandr’s activities is providing legal advice on wide range of issues connected with labour relations.
