Arianna gained significant experience in all areas of industrial and intellectual property, including trade marks and other distinctive marks, patents, design, know-how and trade secrets software, copyright, unfair competition, advertising, media and entertainment, IT, e-commerce, franchising and licensing contracts.

Arianna advised Italian and foreign companies in complex litigation cases, precautionary and on merits, involving significant IP and unfair competition issues.

Arianna also advised a large number of Italian and foreign companies, included private equity giants, in non-contentious advisory work relating to joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, licensing contracts, transfer of technology, distribution and franchising in fields requiring the management of complex portfolios of IP rights.

She also gained significant experience in dispute resolution.

Arianna joined Pavia e Ansaldo in December 2001 and became Counsel in 2015
