Counsel Arianna gained significant experience in all areas of industrial and intellectual property, including trade marks and other distinctive marks, patents, design, know-how and trade secrets software, copyright, unfair competition, advertising, media and entertainment, IT, e-commerce, franchising and licensing contracts. Arianna advised Italian and foreign companies in complex litigation cases, precautionary and on merits, involving significant IP and unfair competition issues. Arianna also advised a large number of Italian and foreign companies, included private equity giants, in non-contentious advisory work relating to joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, licensing contracts, transfer of technology, distribution and franchising in fields requiring the management of complex portfolios of IP rights. She also gained significant experience in dispute resolution.

Partner Caterina is specialised in the assistance to banks and financial institutions in credit assignments and securitisation transactions, Caterina has also gained consolidated experience in the context of the Law of Navigation and Transport having assisted and assisting airlines in the structuring, drafting and negotiation of contracts for the acquisition of aircraft and related components as well as in aircraft leasing transactions. She has also dealt with the negotiation of European loans to credit institutes, in consultation with Italian regions or ministries.

Of Counsel Giulio has a wide range of experience in the TMT sector having worked in international law firms in Brussels and Rome and being, until December 2018, responsible for Legal and Regulatory Affairs for Italy as well as being senior member of the Colt group, European Team “Compliance and Customer Propositions”. Giulio supports and offers advices to primary national and international clients who mainly operate in the electronic communications services (fixed and mobile voice, data and Internet), media and datacenter / housing services, Cloud, ISP and hosting services for regulatory commercial, contractual and competition issues, both in court and out of court.

Partner Head of the Administrative and Environmental Departments, Marco works mainly out of our Rome and Milan offices. Since 2021, he has also been a member of the Firm’s Board of Directors. He advises domestic and international clients, both public and private, on a broad range of administrative law issues. In particular, he focuses on public tenders and contracts, both the public transport and public services sectors, electronic communications and the other regulated sectors, antitrust, Pharmaceutical law and Town Planning and Building law. He has also gained a meaningful experience as a litigator before the Council of State and the Administrative Regional Courts since the beginning of his career.

Partner With a solid experience in the sectors of tech M&A and Venture Capital, Milena is an active member of associations promoting the issues of ESG, gender parity and a member of international steering committees for the promotion of sustainable fashion. Milena Prisco, a corporate lawyer of two decades’ experience and a former head of Corporate and M&A at Studio Previti,  joined the firm in Match 2022 to head our new Environmental Sustainability and Governance (ESG) department and to continue her corporate practice especially in the hi-tech industry. ESG compliance has rightly become a critical issue for investors, organisations and corporations across the globe. Milena’s hire brings the expertise of a lawyer of immense pedigree in the area, and superb experience in the venture capital and hi-tech sectors, whose knowledge of sustainable finance and niche areas of Italian ESG compliance such as the Piano Nazionale di Ripresa e Resilienza (the PNRR - National Recovery Resilience Plan) will be an invaluable asset to our clients. Moreover, she provides assistance to listed companies and SMEs in relation to corporate governance policies, to corporations in the acquisition of the status of benefit companies, investment funds in ESG policies in investment processes, performs ESG due diligence in extraordinary transactions and sustainability strategies. With a long experience in M&A, mainly dealing with Italian and cross-border acquisitions in the form of share and asset deals, equity transactions, joint ventures, over the years Milena has specialized in extraordinary transactions in high tech sectors such as fintech, AI, life science, medtech and fashiotech, thanks to a long and consolidated experience in Venture Capital starting from the assistance to startup projects up to the advice to VC funds, scale up, club deal and nowadays listed companies in corporate venture capital operations through acquisitions, equity investments, convertible and semi-equity debt instruments (SFP), incentive and remuneration plans. She regularly advises on corporate law matters and provides assistance in the drafting of typical contracts and agreements in the hi-tech industry (e.g. SaaS, white label contracts). She is a lecturer in several masters and seminars in Italy, where she collaborate with prestigious universities and abroad and author of articles and publications on M&A, venture capital, ESG. She is a regular contributor of IBA for articles on M&A and ESG topics.  She is a member of International Bar Association.

Of Counsel Sveva has initially undertaken the study of international law working for law firms in France and Belgium, as well as studying at The Hague Academy of International Law to then specialize in Intellectual Property instead and especially Copyright. In 2009 she founded Idealex Legal Firm for Arts in Bologna. From 2014 to 2017 she has carried out her legal activity as Head of the Legal Department for Italy for the Spanish company Red Points, now leader in the worldwide market for the protection of online intellectual property and she has exported the activity to Japan, where for over 10 years she has been providing consultancy in the field of intellectual property and digital matters. In 2017 she set up Tutela Digitale Srl, a company specializing in brand and personal reputation. Since 2023 partner of Inxi Ltd, a Japanese company protecting intellectual property and brand reputation on line in Japan.
