Caterina is specialised in the assistance to banks and financial institutions in credit assignments and securitisation transactions, Caterina has also gained consolidated experience in the context of the Law of Navigation and Transport having assisted and assisting airlines in the structuring, drafting and negotiation of contracts for the acquisition of aircraft and related components as well as in aircraft leasing transactions. She has also dealt with the negotiation of European loans to credit institutes, in consultation with Italian regions or ministries.

Caterina Luciani joined Pavia e Ansaldo in 1999 and became partner in 2008.
