Corporate and M&A: Arslan provides legal advisory services on cross-border transactions across a wide range of industries. Recently, the firm provided buy-side advisory services to Mosburger GmbH, a leading Austrian packaging company, in its acquisition projects completed in Turkey. In addition, Arslan Law Firm has provided Hamburger Recycling GmbH, a subsidiary of Mosburger Gmbh, with legal assistance and advisory services with regard to the provisions of Turkish commercial and corporate law. Arslan Law Firm is also an advisor to local companies, such as Dedeman Group, in a variety of legal matters related to corporate and commercial law.
