Areas of practice
Corporate restructuring/M&As: Our team adeptly advises national and multinational clients on all aspects of the domestic and international roll-out of their business strategies, including restructurings, M&As, strategic transactions. Our M&A practice group delivers advisory services on a variety of transactions across a broad spectrum of industries. We design and implement structures covering every aspect of deals with commercial awareness to develop novel and constructive solutions while minimizing risks and guiding clients to desirable results.

Corporate governance: Our corporate governance team assists clients in incorporating joint-stock companies, limited liability companies, branch offices, and liaison offices. We also counsel companies on board structure, arranging board of directors meetings, holding ordinary and extraordinary general assembly meetings, and amending articles of association. Our corporate governance practice team has considerable experience in providing legal advice in shareholder disputes by implementing pragmatic strategies before such disputes induce a corporate crisis. Although we primarily focus on settling the disputes through sensible negotiations, our team is well-prepared to handle the dispute through action, as well.
