Boris Šavorić is a Senior and Managing Partner of Šavorić & Partners. He is recognised as market leader and as Leading Individual in Legal 500 and Chambes & Partners. His practice focuses on the representation of Fortune 500, top-notch private equity funds and other multinational companies in connection with the highest-profile corporate and project finance transactions in Croatia. Boris also focuses his practice on banking and finance, capital market, insurance and real estate where he participated in most of the strategic and infrastructural projects in Croatia, privatizations and public tenders exceeding 900 million EUR per year. He also advises and represents companies in court cases. Boris Šavorić published several articles in legal journals and is often lecturing at legal conferences and the University of Law in Zagreb.
