Branko Bulat is a Partner with extensive experience in representing clients in a variety of real estate transactions, including leasing, financing, sales and other sophisticated transactions in Croatia. His extensive experience covers both international and domestic work across the full range of hospitality and infrastructure sectors. Branko also regularly advises prominent international investors and project developers in the development and start-up of real estate projects in Croatia. Mia Lazić is a Partner and the firm’s head of banking and project finance practice.
