Boris Šavorić
Boris Šavorić is a Senior and Managing Partner of Šavorić & Partners. He is recognised as market leader and as Leading Individual in Legal 500 and Chambes & Partners. His practice focuses on the representation of Fortune 500, top-notch private equity funds and other multinational companies in connection with the highest-profile corporate and project finance transactions in Croatia. Boris also focuses his practice on banking and finance, capital market, insurance and real estate where he participated in most of the strategic and infrastructural projects in Croatia, privatizations and public tenders exceeding 900 million EUR per year. He also advises and represents companies in court cases. Boris Šavorić published several articles in legal journals and is often lecturing at legal conferences and the University of Law in Zagreb. Boris received a Certificate of Appreciation from the renowned World Bank for his work and contribution to Investing Across Borders as well as by European Bank for Reconstruction and Development as an author of various sections covering Croatian legal developments.

Branko Bulat is a Partner with extensive experience in representing clients in a variety of real estate transactions, including leasing, financing, sales and other sophisticated transactions in Croatia. His extensive experience covers both international and domestic work across the full range of hospitality and infrastructure sectors. Branko also regularly advises prominent international investors and project developers in the development and start-up of real estate projects in Croatia. He leads due diligence procedures and acts under all of the high-level institutional international arbitration proceedings where he represents numerous prominent domestic and foreign investors regarding civil and commercial litigation cases.

Mia Lazić
Mia Lazić is a Partner and the firm’s head of banking and project finance practice. As a team leader, she represents both the lenders and sponsors as well as the borrowers, in the highest cross-border financing transactions, including project finance and acquisition finance. Her extensive experience also includes advising leading domestic and foreign clients in a wide range of insolvency and enforcement matters, as well as debt restructuring and sale of NPL portfolios, where she is focused on providing pragmatic and efficient solutions to clients. As a leading lawyer in the field, Mia also handles complex merger filings, state aid issues and general advice on competition regulatory framework. As the best student in her class, Mia graduated in 2011, where she completed a Master of Law and Business at Bucerius Law School and WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany, focusing especially on various aspects of banking and finance.

Nina Radić Kuzik is a Partner practising mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law. She advises leading global private equity clients and multinational companies in their day-to-day business, corporate questions and regulatory issues in all industries and sectors such as retail, pharmaceutical, energy and FMCG sector. She has advised various financial as well as industrial clients, both domestic and international, on both the sell side and the buy side and has navigated the clients through complex legal landscapes. Nina prepares and negotiates commercial contracts and leads due diligences. Her professional work also includes civil law with an emphasis on lease agreements and labour law.
