Christian Tornvig Jensen is part of Elmanns insolvency and restructuring team.
Christian handles the interests of both public and private clients regarding business-related issues. In particular, he handles the interests of creditors in the reconstruction and insolvency proceedings of debtors. In that connection Christian participates in the handling of a large number of bankruptcy estates.
Furthermore he has wide experience in conducting cases regarding business-related issues, including avoidance and managerial liability along with construction law.
