In particular, he handles the interests of creditors in the reconstruction and insolvency proceedings of debtors. In that connection Christian participates in the handling of a large number of bankruptcy estates.Furthermore he has wide experience in conducting cases regarding business-related issues, including avoidance and managerial liability along with construction law.

Finn Lynge is co-head of Insolvency and Restructuring. Finn is a highly regarded specialist in insolvency law and has over the years been appointed trustee in numerous cases. Finn has represented both secured and unsecured creditors, receivers, business clients in the purchase and sale of assets of insolvent companies. Finn is a permanent trustee with the Copenhagen maritime and commercial court. Furthermore, Finn is specialized in: Winding-up procedures, proceedings in bankruptcy, restructuring of insolvent companies, debt collection, representing creditors towards insolvent companies, Litigation and Arbitration and Construction Law. Moreover, Finn is also head of Elmann's debt collection.
Henrik Græsdal
Henrik Græsdal
Henrik Græsdal is head of Public Law and Procurement. Henrik is a specialist within the field, and has a extensive knowledge about the public sector and the political environment in which the municipalities and their departments operate. Henrik advises municipalities, regions, public companies and energy service companies within the areas of public law, municipal law and rights/ regulations to grant supplies in respect of cost management and commercial-law rules, including formation of companies. Henrik also advises, in regards to, municipal mandate rules and contract law. Henrik’s previous working experience includes working for local Government Denmark, as head of department at the State Administration under the Danish Ministry of Interior, and as a municipal chief executive. His work experience has given him extensive knowledge about the public sector and the political environment in which the municipalities and their departments operate.
Kasper Westberg
Kasper Westberg
Kasper Westberg is head of Real Estate at Elmann. Kasper is a highly regarded specialist and has for many years provided advice on all legal aspects of real estate, including project development. He represents leading clients in the field. Kasper also benefits from being a lease law specialist with focus on commercial leases. Kasper has been involved in some of the biggest transactions on the Danish real estate market e.g. the transfer of BIG Shopping Center in 2016 with a value of approximately EURO 150 mio. In recent years, he has been involved in a number of leading cases at the Danish Supreme Court regarding investment, financing and rental terms in real estate owned by housing cooperatives. Furthermore, Kasper is a member of "Foreningen Højesteretssranken" an association for experienced and skilled lawyers with the right of audience before the Supreme Court.

Søren Ingerslev is co-head of Elmann’s M&A team. Søren advises primarily on corporate matters, including general company law, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), investment and international contracts. Søren advises small and medium-sized Danish and international companies as well as private equity funds and family businesses. Søren is an experienced Corporate/M&A lawyer about whom clients say “We consider him to be the best M&A transaction advisor in Copenhagen”. Søren adapts his legal skills to the commercial context of his clients providing valuable advice relying not only on his extensive M&A experience, but also on strong negotiation skills and business acumen. In addition Søren is an experienced non-executive board member serving on the board of directors of several Danish and foreign companies.
