Dispute resolution and litigation: Glittertind is a niche firm within dispute resolution and litigation. All of the firm’s lawyers work with commercial dispute resolution on a daily basis, including negotiations, mediation (both in and outside of the courts), and litigation before the ordinary courts and through arbitration.

Several of the firm’s lawyers are admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court. It also has lawyers with experience as judges, both as judges in the ordinary courts and as frequently appointed judges in arbitral panels.
