Anders Ryssdal
Anders Ryssdal
Partner Anders Ryssdal is one of Norway’s most highly respected litigators. He has argued a great number of cases before Norwegian and international courts, and he is top ranked under Dispute Resolution in Chambers 2020 and Legal 500. Anders has brought 25 cases before the Supreme Court, of which 6 cases in plenary and grand chamber. He has extensive experience with arbitration and serves regularly as arbitrator. He also handles class-action lawsuits. Anders’ particular expertise is within disputes over limited liability law, company law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), securities trading law, financial market law, contract law, competition law, public law and international law. He oversees parallel processes in several countries. Anders also has extensive experience as member of boards of directors, supervisory boards and election committees of listed and unlisted companies.
Aron Solheim
Aron Solheim
Partner Aron Solheim is an experienced litigator and construction lawyer. Aron has extensive experience in assisting key operators in the construction industry. He can assist with contract drafting, follow-up during execution and resolution of disputes before courts or arbitration boards and has broad experience in bringing large complex construction cases to court. Aron also has experience with general business law litigation. Among other things, he has worked on cases concerning auditors’ and directors’ liability. Aron has litigated before all court instances.
Asbjørn  Lyséll Dølvik
Asbjørn Lyséll Dølvik
Asbjørn Lyséll Dølvik works mainly with contract law, construction law, real estate, and civil dispute resolution within the abovementioned areas. He has special experience and expertise within contract drafting, ongoing claims and change management, final settlements and final settlement disputes, as well as mediation and legal processes before ordinary courts and through arbitration. Asbjørn also has considerable experience in handling English-language contracts and disputes. He completed parts of his law degree in England and specialises in English contract law and EU law.
Emanuel Feinberg

Partner Emanuel Feinberg has extensive experience within the full range of civil litigation, including disputes over commercial contracts, board and underwriter liability, M&A transactions, climate and ESG issues as well as general company law. He has litigated a high number of disputes before national courts and arbitral tribunals. He has also appeared before the Norwegian Supreme Court (Plenary session) in the first climate lawsuit in Norway.
Geir-Arne Heiestad Borgestrand
Geir-Arne Heiestad Borgestrand
Partner Geir-Arne Heiestad Borgestrand specializes in dispute resolution and general contract law with a particular focus on fabrication and supply contracts. Geir-Arne has in recent years headed Glittertind’s Department of Energy and Industry, where he has mainly worked with dispute resolution and been a litigator in several major disputes within both construction and subsea fabrication contracts. He has previously worked as Head of Legal for Aker Solutions ASA’s business sectors Engineering and Subsea. Prior to that, he worked on civil dispute resolution within construction and finance at the law firm BA-HR DA. Geir-Arne has extensive international experience within contract drafting, project support and dispute resolution related to major construction contracts. He has also worked with the establishment and follow-up of joint ventures in other countries and has cooperated extensively with international law firms in many regions. Geir-Arne has organised many courses, both in Norway and internationally, within general contract law, compliance/business ethics, and project follow-up of dispute resolution.
Knut Solum
Knut Solum
Partner Knut Solum works mainly with dispute resolution, counselling and project follow-up within construction and offshore. Within construction, he has special experience with contract drafting and negotiations, ongoing project counselling and final settlement disputes (through negotiations, mediation and litigation). Within offshore, Knut has extensive experience in all phases of a project, i.e. from tender support, negotiations, project follow-up and final settlement disputes. He has considerable experience in handling English-language contracts and disputes, including complex arbitration cases involving large assets.
Marius Borgen
Marius Borgen
Partner Marius Borgen specializes in construction law, oil and gas and general civil law litigation. Marius has worked as a lawyer for Arnold & Porter LLP in New York, ABB AS and Statoil ASA. He has extensive experience within his specialties construction law, oil and gas and other energy and general civil litigation/arbitration. In addition to litigation assignments, he also works with ongoing counselling in these fields. He also litigates cases in English. Marius has published several articles on company law and construction law issues, and he is also an examiner in construction law, contract law and company law at the Universities of Oslo and Bergen.
Nils-Henrik Pettersson

Partner Nils-Henrik Pettersson has worked as a lawyer since 1984. He has litigated hundreds of civil cases before the courts, including around 25 cases before the Supreme Court. He has extensive experience with arbitration cases, including as an arbitrator, and has litigated several of the most prominent cases that have been brought before Norwegian courts. He also has considerable experience with buying and selling businesses. Nils-Henrik has special experience with cases concerning professional liability, auditors’ liability, corporate disputes, oil and gas related disputes and construction law and real estate. He also has extensive experience as a member of boards of directors, corporate assemblies and election committees in listed and unlisted companies.

Peter Vagle
Peter Vagle has extensive experience with litigation and work in procedural law, construction law and public law issues, including public procurements. Peter also takes mediation and arbitration assignments. His main focus is currently related to the planning and implementation of major processes before the courts, but also includes counselling, as well as various training and lecture activities.
Therese Kristiansen
Therese Kristiansen
Partner Therese Kristiansen has extensive experience in construction law, both in terms of counselling and litigation. Her background is from some of Norway’s largest building organisations, both on the building and the construction side of the process. In addition, she has for several years assisted large and small contractors alike both before and during the execution of the work, as well as through the final settlement process. Therese also has experience with general civil litigation. Among other things, she has worked on matters relating to indemnification and recourse, enforcement, general contract law and public procurement.
