FIRM OVERVIEW

Andersen in Italy is the Italian member firm of Andersen Global, an international association of tax, law firms established in 2013 by US firm Andersen, with more than 425 locations and over 2000 global partners and 15,000 professionals in Europe, North and South America, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Australia.

With seven offices throughout the country, Andersen in Italy comprises chartered accountants, lawyers and financial advisors, working together closely in integrated teams.

It provides comprehensive and tailor-made advice to national and foreign clients - ranging from multinational groups and entrepreneurs to non-profits and high net worth individuals - from a tax, legal, financial, administrative and accounting standpoint, with international support from foreign professionals in the close-knit network of Andersen Global.

The team provides assistance to companies through the complex process of mergers or acquisition such as national and cross-border mergers, corporate reorganizations, Private Equity, Investment funds.

NPL & UTP
The team provides assistance in obtaining unpaid credits. Some of our services are: assessment of credits and NPL/UTP packages, support in negotiating and purchasing NPL/UTP packages.

Litigation & Arbitration
The team provides assistance in legal disputes and arbitration contexts. Some of our services are: ordinary judicial actions before all authorities, defense in both formal and informal arbitration proceedings, assuming the role of sole arbitrator or member of the panel, summary proceedings, precautionary measures and so on.

Employment and Labor Law
The team provides legal consultancy on employment matters. Some of our services are: establishment, management, and termination of employment relationships, drafting of non-competition agreements.

Public Law
The team provides consultancy to ensure organizations comply with public laws and legal assistance in disputes with government entities. Some of our services are: energy law, regulated sectors, relations with GSE, ARERA, and other independent authorities, contracts for the sale of electricity (PPA), public contracts, Project Financing and PPP.

Restructuring
