The firm: Advokatfirma MNA Kogstad Lunde & Co was formed in 1995 by Eivind Kogstad and Trond Werner Lunde, and has since been a medium-sized boutique firm that has provided specialist insurance law services to Norwegian and international insurers. All partners and employed lawyers have been recruited from the insurance industry.

From the beginning, the firm has been known to have some of the most respected legal minds within their field, and at the same time it is known for being practical, commercial, approachable and “down to earth”.

Within the field of insurance law, the firm solely represents insurance and reinsurance companies (or their customers). The firm is now representing more than 40 different Norwegian and international insurers.

Kogstad Lunde & Co is Kennedys’ associated office in Norway.
