Dr. Raluca Oprișiu is a Romanian lawyer with a German PhD and LL.M. She advises international clients related to acquisitions and divestments, corporate restructurings and commercial/ corporate law.

In particular, she advises on market entries, mergers and (partial) splits, business transfers, voluntary liquidation procedures, long-term cooperation, intra- group regulation harmonization, etc.

Raluca supports clients in all phases of a project (initial advice, drafting, negotiation, contact with foreign advisors, closing and post- closing support, subsequent implementation of the transactions with Romanian authorities or contractual partners). She is particularly praised for her ability to develop safe and cost-efficient approaches.
