Andrada Harangus

Partner. Andrada completed her studies in 2006 with the perfect score of 10.0 at the Law School of Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca. Afterwards she successfully completed an LL.M. degree program specializing in Romanian civil law. She advises mainly on complex real estate matters and construction law issues, incl. FIDIC contracts, as well as public procurement.

Carmen Radulescu

Senior Associate Carmen’s expertise covers real estate and construction law, with particular experience in energy. She is also active in employment law with all tax and social security implications (especially cross-border assignment of personnel, tax incentive schemes such as stock option plans etc.).

Carmen Lupsan

Senior Associate Carmen Lupșan is a German corporate and M&A lawyer and advises international investors related to acquisitions and divestments, corporate restructurings and commercial/corporate law. During the past fifteen years, she was involved in and coordinated numerous transactions. Her work includes structuring and finding customized transaction solutions for each client, due diligence, contract and document drafting, negotiation, post-closing procedures and implementation of transactions. In particular, Carmen advised related to domestic and cross-border mergers, spin-offs, voluntary liquidation procedures, outsourcing and nearshoring, and intra-group corporate debt restructurings. She has also many years of experience in data protection and supported clients for the implementation of the GDPR (in the Romanian group companies.)

Christian Weident

Managing Partner. Christian coordinates the legal activity of the law firm. He advises clients in all employment matters (individual and collective employment law, managing directors), corporate law as well as mergers & acquisitions.

Founding Partner. Cristiana manages the law firm and advises its clients especially in the fields of real estate and construction law.

Laura Neacsu

Senior Associate Laura has extensive expertise in real estate and construction law, advising on the expansion of major players in the retail and construction sector. Her special focus is on real estate development and construction contracts, industrial and office building leases, drafting and negotiating real estate sale purchase agreements, legal due diligence on land and industrial premises. Her wide experience in the energy field covers advice on business structure and project implementation, setting-up wind, photovoltaic, bio-gas and co-generation plants from greenfield to operation, drafting and negotiating power supply and power purchase contracts and grid connection agreements, as well as contracts for equipment supply and building of large transformer stations.

Lavinia Cioc-Scarlat

Senior Associate. Lavinia has over 10 years of professional experience in the legal field, coordinating the employment practice of the correspondent law firm of a Big 4 company before joining the STALFORT team. She provides legal advice and representation in courts to various national and multinational companies in connection with employment, commercial, and corporate matters.

Mihai Lantos

Senior Associate Mihai is a both a lawyer and an insolvency practitioner. He is predominantly active in the field of litigation dealing with cases involving insolvency, commercial and corporate law in and out of court.

Mihail Macovei

Partner. Mihail has been advising clients from the Bucharest office of STALFORT Legal. Tax. Audit. since 2001, mainly dealing with corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, antitrust law and industrial property protection. He represents clients in complex commercial and corporate law cases before ordinary courts and arbitration tribunals.

Raluca Oprisiu

Partner. Head of Sibiu Office Dr. Raluca Oprișiu is a Romanian lawyer with a German PhD and LL.M. She advises international clients related to acquisitions and divestments, corporate restructurings and commercial/ corporate law. In particular, she advises on market entries, mergers and (partial) splits, business transfers, voluntary liquidation procedures, long-term cooperation, intra- group regulation harmonization, etc. Raluca supports clients in all phases of a project (initial advice, drafting, negotiation, contact with foreign advisors, closing and post- closing support, subsequent implementation of the transactions with Romanian authorities or contractual partners). She is particularly praised for her ability to develop safe and cost-efficient approaches.
