Carmen Lupșan is a German corporate and M&A lawyer and advises international investors related to acquisitions and divestments, corporate restructurings and commercial/corporate law.

During the past fifteen years, she was involved in and coordinated numerous transactions. Her work includes structuring and finding customized transaction solutions for each client, due diligence, contract and document drafting, negotiation, post-closing procedures and implementation of transactions.

In particular, Carmen advised related to domestic and cross-border mergers, spin-offs, voluntary liquidation procedures, outsourcing and nearshoring, and intra-group corporate debt restructurings.

She has also many years of experience in data protection and supported clients for the implementation of the GDPR (in the Romanian group companies.)
