Diversity and inclusiveness are more than just words with us. At Fruytier Lawyers in Business, we believe that our long-term value lies partly in the fact that for years we have valued the strength of different views and backgrounds of our staff, and that it is partly thanks to this diversity that we have been able to fulfil our slogan 'the guts to do things differently'.

In our decision-making in many areas, we realise that this institution matters not only to our people, but also to our clients, society and the economy as a whole.

Diversity is about differences, differences in nationality, language, education, gender and sexual orientation, generation, religious background and much more. And taking these differences into account in our daily practice in such a way that everyone feels valued, has a sense of belonging and that people can therefore give the best of themselves is a part of our mission.

Our management aims to maintain and build an inclusive organisation in both the short term and the long term despite the organisation's relatively small size, representing a wide range of differences.
