And is praised for his highly extensive experience on merging and acquisition for both large and medium size companies and financial institutions. Thus he has constructed a significant broad based practice and amongst his clients are listed private individuals, starters, entrepreneurs as well as shareholders.

Myrddin van Westendorp practises law since 2006 on a broad range of corporate transactions, including liability and employment law. Prior to joining Fruytier Lawyers in Business he was a member of a large renowned global lawyer’s office in Amsterdam. Myrddin is a Partner in the firm since 2018.

His specialisms are: corporate Law, M&A and employment law.
