Position

Partner Ida Gjessing is a litigator who concentrates on patent and trademark cases (all sectors). She has extensive litigation experience in the area of patents and SPSs (pharmacuetical, biosimilar and veterinary patents. On the non-contentious side she provides advice on all aspects of IP law, including designs and copyrights, research ethics and marketing law. She chairs the Council dealing with Unfair Marketing Practices (NKU).
