Ása Kristín has regularly participated in Due Diligence projects for various sectors such as retail, manufacturing and real estate. Ása Kristín has assisted with merger notifications to the Icelandic Competition Authority as well as preparing corporate governance gap analysis reports for various sectors such as financial institutions, listed companies and service entities. ​

She also provides general legal services in relation to company laws such as establishment and winding-up procedures and preparation of various legal documents. Furthermore Ása Kristín assists companies with applications to The Icelandic Centre for Research and reporting in relation to tax incentives for innovation companies owning research and development projects.​
