Davíð’s main area of expertise and main assignments are in the field of Corporate Law, Business Law, Contractual Law and International and Domestic Tax Law. ​

At KPMG Davíð has mostly worked on engagement in relation M&A, including due diligence work, consultancy to innovation companies, cross-border business restructuring, domestic business restructuring, handling of bankruptcy estates and consultation in relation to domestic and international tax issues of enterprises.
