Keidan Harrison LLP is an established London-based boutique disputes and insolvency law firm. The firm, having undergone a period of dynamic growth since being founded, undertakes a range of international and domestic cases, including substantial High Court litigation as well as international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. The firm’s focus is on high value and complex matters, representing businesses and high-net-worth individuals based in the UK and abroad, as well as insolvency practitioners, trustees, directors and other office holders.

The firm: Keidan Harrison LLP was founded in May 2020 by Marc Keidan and Luke Harrison, both well-known disputes lawyers who had built and led teams at former highly successful disputes–focused practices. The firm swiftly achieved rankings as a Leading Firm for Commercial Litigation and Banking Litigation in The Legal 500. The founding partners have both been recognised for their work in the leading legal directories for many years, with Marc Keidan ranked as a Leading Individual amongst London lawyers for both banking litigation and commercial litigation in the latest editions of The Legal 500 and both Luke and Marc commended in a number of areas. Luke is a member of the prestigious TRI 250 (an index of those responsible for the progression of industry standards, and inspiring excellence across the restructuring and insolvency industry). He was also awarded an Emerging Leaders Award by the M&A Advisory magazine in 2017.  Dipti Hunter joined the partnership in mid-2021, have previously helped to lead the Commercial Disputes Team at PwC.

The firm’s partners acted on some of the most notable and high–profile financial cases arising out of the 2008 financial crisis and are  well-placed to assist clients to deal with financial disputes and a range other disputes arising in the wake of Covid-19.

The team’s work traverses a number of industry sectors, including most notably the financial and insolvency sectors, as well as diverse areas such as property development, hospitality, mining, technology and aviation. Much of the work has an international element and the partners’ recent experience includes work related to the EU, USA, India, Russia/CIS, Offshore and the Middle East.
