Dipti has particular expertise in investment and financial disputes, Islamic finance disputes, shareholder disputes, contentious trust and pension disputes, fraud and asset recovery, company and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims and technology disputes. Dipti is also an experienced supervising solicitor. Dipti is a former Vice Chair of the Commercial Litigation Association and has been a member of several professional working committees for the Business and Property Courts.
