Iryna’s extensive expertise in dispute resolution practice includes the handling of complex commercial and investment arbitrations at the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), the International Arbitration Court at the ICC, the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), and in the resolution of trade and maritime disputes in GAFTA, FOSFA, LMAA, RSA. Iryna also possesses wide experience of advising clients on the issues of international family law, marriage registration, division of property, child support, maintenance, temporary or permanent relocation, abduction, adoption, inheritance, ART treatment, surrogacy, etc.

Ivan Kasynyuk is a Partner at AGA Partners. Ivan specializes in consulting in the area of international trade, and representing clients’ interests in international commercial arbitrations of GAFTA, FOSFA and LMAA. His extensive practice in the field of English and international law allows him to represent clients’ interests in the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the International Arbitration Court at the ICC, Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, and International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICAC).

Oleksandr Gubin is a Counsel at AGA Partners' family law, private client, and litigation practices.
