Mauricio has more than 8 years’ experience in corporate, real estate, and finance law, and has focused his practice principally on the food & beverage, construction, and pharmaceutical industries.
In the corporate and finance areas, Mauricio advises national and international companies as to setting up and conducting business in Ecuador as well as the structuring of investments.
In construction, Mauricio has advised on the financing of real estate projects and real estate transactions in general.
