Angel has more than 20 years of experience in providing legal services to Mexican and global clients. He joined KPMG in 2008 and currently leads the Corporate Legal and M&A Practice of KPMG in Mexico.

His technical experience has been focused on corporate legal services, M&A including Legal Due Diligences, cross-border restructurings and legal compliance in different areas such as corporate, anti-money laundering, administrative and criminal responsibility of corporations, personal data protection. He is an attorney with specialization in Corporate Law.

He has vast experience conducting due diligences processes and cross-border transactions focusing on corporate, contractual, administrative, data privacy protection, real estate, among other areas. He has participated as speaker in different Forums organized by KPMG in Mexico and USA.

Additionally, Angel provides legal advice to shareholders and Family Offices on wealth management matters, including the structuring of SPVs and trusts, drafting shareholder agreements and support documentation related with the implementation of corporate governance in Mexican companies.

Through KPMG network Angel has provided legal advice for the last 15 years to clients from Europe, North America and Asia, covering a wide range of sectors, including hospitality, manufacture, retail, real estate, services, among others.
